One of my clients came in the other day, always wishing she could smooth and straighten her hair without making it permanent. It's been awhile since I've been on here blogging, hope every ones Holidays were good. Mine was great as always, got to go home, (Calgary) and spend some nice quality time with my family and my friends. Vancouver's a great beautiful city, but sometimes it's so fast paced that you just need to get away from it for a bit, and I find going back home to Calgary slows things down for me when I need it. 

Recently I treated myself to a massage with our esthetician Kayori, and wanted to comment and share with you how great it was. If you are wanting to unwind and de-stress yourself this would be something great for you. I never really get massages but after my massage with her I felt so relaxed. Since my back has been feeling quite sore these days, she really knew where to give more and less pressure to help sooth my sore muscles.
