Put some waves to your Bob

I've done the sleek Bob style on this client many times; sometimes we leave it a little longer, sometimes we give it a little layers, and sometimes we do an inverted Bob.... so what's next? How do I give her style a breath of fresh air, without having to cut her hair really short? This time, I suggested making her Bob wavy this time, and because wavy Bob can look quite heavy, we did some highlights as well, so here's a photo of her last cut:
